Help Identify this plane!

The current consensus is that it is a B-29. If you have a B-29 parts manual please let us know.

These pictures were sent to AAIR from the airport manager at Henderson Field, Midway Atoll National Wildlife Refuge.

This piece of fuselage recently  washed up on the beach:

The diameter of the turret is 3" 6"    

The estimated diameter of the fuselage from the small curved section on the bulk head is 7 to 8' IF the fuselage is perfectly round.

Also washed up was this radio:

The plate on the radio read:

 

There was also a fiber plate on the top that read:
